MARJORIE NOOR

marjorie.1 My name is Majorie Noor, born in Curacao on 16 July 1951. I moved to the Netherlands in August 2008, I live in Amersfoort and I work for Veilig Verkeer Nederland.

I have 2 sons, Garrick 27, who lives and work in Curacao as junior architect and Kevin 23 year old studying Technische Bedrijfskunde in Zwolle.
I enjoyed my education in Curacao where I went to Mulo A, HAVO and last I acquired my Bachelor Degree in English Education. I do not work momentarily as an educator as I prefer to work with adults.

For a long time I have worked as an executive secretary for several companies such as Barclays Bank and last for Fundashon Material pa Skol. Before that I was working for Radio Curom where I used to work together with Finchi' Wòti' Statia on a radio advertisement for a welknown supermarket as "Mai di Mangusa".

I came to the Netherlands for a new experience, to live in a big country and to see what it has to offer me and what I can offer.

My wish to join NOS RADIO team, is because radio is still in my heart and I want to contribute with positive ideas that can help our community so we can see how many things we can achieve, just by changing our way of thinking.
